Al Jazeera has been investigating the kidnapping of children in Nepal and evidence of collusion between political parties and criminal gangs.
Officials are accused of turning a blind eye to the abductions in exchange for a share of the ransom money.
Al Jazeera's Subina Shretsha reports from Siraha district in southeast Nepal, where two to three people, mostly children, are kidnapped every month.
